The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of supply chain activities on firm financial performance with respect to the role of top management support. In this regard, the financial information of 165 companies among the companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange was evaluated. Financial performance improvement is considered as a dependent variable, supply chain activities and top management support are considered as the main independent variables and the financial structure and firm size are considered as control variables. In order to measure the variables of supply chain activities and top management support, a survey has been used for these companies’ managers. After performing diagnostic tests, structural equation pattern and composite regression have been used to determine the relationship between variables. Data analysis showed that supply chain activities in all three dimensions of suppliers, Intra-organizational and customers lead to improved financial performance with measures of sales return, return on investment and return on equity. Additional analysis confirmed the moderating role of top management support.

Basic life support (BLS) following by Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) is intended to rescue the patients with acute circulatory or respiratory failure or both. The most important determinant of short and long-term neurologically intact survival is the interval from the onset of the cardiac or respiratory onset to restoration of effective spontaneous functions of these vital activities.It is commonly accepted that every physician, regardless of specialty, should be able to  perform CPR. It must be also emphasized that CPR, almost invariably, necessitates a rapid interventional follow-care with ACLS procedure.Without well-performed basic life support, advanced cardiac life support is of no remark-: able benefit, BLS and ACLS are processes that must be performed step by step and with respect to the patient's condition.

This research seeks to analyze the influence of top managerial support from environmental practices and environmental culture on green marketing strategy. Also, it aims to explore the impact of green marketing strategy on environmental performance and economic performance of business-to-business organizations in Iran. The survey was conducted using descriptive approach. The researchers have studied 80 B2B firms that were in the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade as well as the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran. Data were collected and analyzed using questionnaire as well as SPSS and LISREL softwares, respectively. The research findings revealed that environmental culture in B2B organizations has an influence on green marketing strategy and top managerial support from environmental practices can develop environmental culture inside the organization. Adopting green marketing strategy by B2B organizations in Iran can improve economic performance but since the issue of environment is not considered as a strategic issue in our country and organizations do not use updated standards, so the environmental performance is in inappropriate situation.

Nowadays, organizations are operating in a full of complex, ever changing and unpredictable environment, so that technological changes in providing goods and services, creating new organizational structures, new competitive methods and unique methods of sales indicate the importance of planning of top management team in line with the organizational success. Therefore, an attribute which is important more than ever is resilience of top management team from two dimensions of its beliefs and adaptive capacity with these environmental events. So, in this paper the effect of connectivity of top management team on their resilience was investigated amongst 500 industrial active units located in Mashhad-Toos Industrial Zone, as the statistical population. Statistical sample was comprised of 185 organizations. Analysis results using structural equation modeling showed that the tested model had a goodness of fit to data. The effect of connectivity of top management team on efficacious beliefs of resilience and adaptive capacity of resilience was confirmed in line with related previous studies.

Purpose: Identifying the processes of managing university archives in the world's top universities and providing solutions for proper management of university archives of Iran. Methodology: The study is applied research in terms of the purpose and was conducted using descriptive research method. The statistical population was the archives of the top 150 universities in the world. Data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The collected data was recorded in SPSS software and analyzed based on descriptive statistics. Findings and Conclusion: Most of the university archives operate under the supervision of the university library and consist of administrative, historical, and research archives. Official university / administrative and financial records comprise the bulk of the collection in university archives. Professors, students and researchers outside the university were the main users of university archives. Collection level was the most common level of records arrangement and description, and records arrangement and description are based on national and international standards, the most common of which is the ISAD standard. Records and resources could only be used in the study room in most university archives. Training programs in records arrangement and description for employees were a priority. Holding exhibitions ranked first among the types of educational programs for users. In general, all the different activities and aspects of managing the identified university archives were very important in the university archives perspectives, but their importance varied in each university archive according to the university policies.

This study aimed to critically examine university management in achieving top global rankings, using a qualitative-research approach with Ruth Wodak’ s method of critical discourse analysis. Participants included 16 experts and senior officials from the Institute for Higher Education Research and Planning, University of Tehran, Eco Insurance Higher Education Institute, Alameh Tabatabae University and Technical and Vocational University whom were selected via snowball sampling method. Semi-structured interviews were applied to collect data based on theoretical saturation which were lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. For data validation both participants review (member check) and review by external experts (external check) were applied. Thematic analysis and spoken texts analysis methods were used to analyze data. The results showed that university management problems in Iran are associated with two factors: Intrapersonal Factors (extreme politicization of university managers, disregard for delegating authority and trying to maintain the status quo, assuming academic management the same as managing other organizations, inappropriate decision making and planning); and Interpersonal Factors (defective monitoring and evaluation system, inappropriate organizing and coordination). In this regard, some strategies are presented to improve the global ranking of Iranian universities.
